Promotion Period: The OXY® Cash for College Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2008 and ends at 3:00 p.m. ET on September 29, 2008 ("Promotion Period").

Two Ways To Enter: 1) During the Promotion Period, visit www.oxymom.com, click on the Sweepstakes link and follow the online entry instructions. Complete all required entry information and you will be automatically entered into the random drawing. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. Online entries must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 29, 2008, to be included in the random drawing. Limit one online entry per person/email address. 2) On a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, daytime phone number, email address (if applicable), and date of birth. Mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: OXY® Cash for College Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7897, Melville, NY 11775-7897. Limit one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced mailed entries not accepted. All mailed entries must be mailed separately, be postmarked by September 29, 2008 and received by October 6, 2008.

Random Drawing: Potential winners will be selected, on or about October 13, 2008, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email.

Prizes: Grand Prize (1): $25,000 awarded in the form of a 529 Plan contribution. First Prize (5): $10,000 awarded in the form of a 529 Plan contribution. Second Prize (5): $5,000 awarded in the form of a 529 Plan contribution. All taxes are the responsibility of the individual winner and winner will be required to provide his/her social security number. Winner is advised to consult with his/her accountants, lawyers or other financial advisers regarding specific tax implications. No substitution or transfer of prize by a winner is permitted. Limit one prize per person/household/email address.

Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 or older, and who are a parent or legal guardian of a child aged 13-19 years of age during the Promotion Period. Employees of The Mentholatum Company ("Sponsor"), www.oxymom.com, Cenergy Communications, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

General Rules: Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of prize notification will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use each winner’s name, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to hold Sponsor, and its Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, their respective successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or otherwise relating to this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, use of winner’s name and other information listed above, and winner’s use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or postage-due mailed entries, technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a person’s ability to participate. Sponsor reserve the right to cancel/modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrants if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined solely by Sponsor. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on www.oxymom.com and a random drawing will be held from all eligible online entries received prior to the time of termination and all eligible mailed entries received. Any attempt to deliberately damage the www.oxymom.com web site or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws and should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. Online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted and any damage made to the web site will be responsibility of same. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in printing of the Sweepstakes administration of the Sweepstakes announcement of prizes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes.
